After I had my artificial nails removed quite a while ago, I used formula 2 to build up my damaged nails with protein. Now that my nails are strong and healthy I've switched to formula 1. So far my nails are still very strong so I plan on using formula 1 regularly to keep my nails healthy. This is a great product and I'm so glad by friend recommended it to me.
