Shipping Fee: $4.50 on orders less than $25.00
Free shipping on orders $25.00 or greater.
Free Shipping Terms
Shipping charges: Free ground shipping with order product totals
greater than $24.99. $4.50 shipping on orders less than $25.00
Note: An order of $21.00 will result in a charge
of $21.00 plus the shipping fee. This order's product total is less
than $24.99, but the final total will be higher than $25. This order
would not quality for free shipping. The total billable product total
must be higher than $24.99 to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Practices
Packages normally ship within 24 hours of ordering,
priority is given to overnight shipping packages, but we can not
guarantee they will ship within 24 hours of ordering, but in stock
items normally do ship in that time frame. We strive to ship the
morning after the order on weekdays and Saturdays, Saturday orders
would be shipped Monday.
All shipments are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most packages are shipped priority mail, depending on weight, very small packages may go First Class.
Each customer will be notified by email when their shipment ships
and provided with tracking numbers, when available. Those customers
using Google Checkout will be notified through Google. Notification
will, in most cases, precede shipment of the item. Due to postal pickup
schedules orders placed before 9:00PM EST will be shipped the following
morning.
Back ordered items may be canceled prior to shipment, all back
orders will be notified if an item is out of stock. All items are
shipped from Jacksonville, Florida (Orange Park, FL 32073). Items that
require extra shipping times, as indicated in the product information
section are not considered back ordered.
We do not accept international credit cards from countries outside the EU and Australia/New Zealand.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
Due to fraud concerns, it is not possible
for us to ship to an alternate address without taking extra steps to
insure that your order is not fraudulent.
If you would like to ship to an alternate address, please use the following procedure.
1. Place an Order using 'Fax Order' method
2. Fax us the following:
- A Cover page with the following:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- Your Credit Card Information. (Your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and CVV2, from the back of the card)
- A legible copy or scan of the front and back of your credit card.
