Shipping Information
Shipping Fee: $4.50 on orders less
than $25.00
Free shipping on
orders $25.00 or greater.
Shipping
charges: Free ground shipping with order product totals
greater than $24.99. $4.50 shipping on orders less than $25.00
Shipping Practices
Packages are ship within 24 hours of ordering. Most orders are delivered to the post office at start of business the day after the order is placed. Whenever possible, orders placed prior to 1:00
pm EST on Saturday will be shipped Saturday afternoon. Orders
placed Saturday afternoon or on Sunday will be shipped Monday
morning.
All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service
(USPS). Most packages are shipped priority mail, depending on weight,
but very small packages may go First Class.
Each customer will
be notified by email when their package ships
and provided with tracking numbers, when available. Those customers
using Google Checkout will be notified through Google. Notification
will, in most cases, precede shipment of the item. Due to postal pickup
schedules, orders placed after 9:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the
following
morning.
Backordered items may be canceled prior to shipment . Customers will be notified within 24 hours if a product ordered is found to be unexpectedly out of stock. With the exception of items that indicate that they do not ship immediately, we stock all of the times we sell in our own warehouse and maintain a large enough stock so that we do not run out during the normal levels of sales.
All
items are
shipped from Jacksonville, Florida (Post Office: Orange Park, FL 32073). Items that
require extra shipping times (as indicated in the product information
section) are not considered backordered.
Shipping and Delivery times
Priority mail takes between 2 and 3 days to be delivered. First class mail takes between 3 - 4 days. Our orders are shipped the following day, so an order placed on Monday should arrive on or before Friday. In rare case, the Post Office's delivery times may be longer. Please contact us if your package does not arrive 14 days after it is ordered. On rare occasions, orders can take an extended period of time to be delivered by USPS.
